Felicia’s Global Transport Network connects pet owners with trained and trusted animal transport professionals worldwide. Our mission is to provide safe, reliable, and stress-free transport solutions for animals of all sizes and species. All transports booked through our platform are carried out by independent contractors, not employees, ensuring flexibility and global coverage.
Independent Contractors
Felicia’s Global Transport Network serves solely as a booking platform. All transports are performed by independent contractors. Contractors are not employees, agents, or representatives of Felicia’s Global Transport Network. We are not liable for their actions, omissions, or performance.
Bookings & Deposits
* All bookings are confirmed on a First-come, First-serve* basis.
* Quotes are valid for 48 hours only. After this time, availability and pricing may change.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Client Responsibilities
* Clients are responsible for providing all required paperwork, permits, health certificates, and any additional documentation required by airlines, customs, or destination authorities.
* Failure to provide the correct documents may result in denied transport, delays, or additional costs, for which Felicia’s Global Transport Network is not responsible.
Delays & Liability
* We do not guarantee exact travel times. Delays may occur due to airline schedules, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
* Felicia’s Global Transport Network is not responsible for costs related to such delays, including boarding, veterinary expenses, or missed connections.
Health & Safety
* It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their animal is fit to travel.
* Any health concerns should be discussed with a licensed veterinarian prior to transport.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Felicia’s Global Transport Network disclaims all liability for loss, damage, injury, or expense arising out of any transport. Clients acknowledge that animal transport carries inherent risks, and agree to release Felicia’s Global Transport Network from liability connected to such risks.

Refund Policy
Refund Policy
At Felicia’s Global Transport Network, we strive to provide transparent booking and transport services. Please read our refund policy carefully before confirming your booking:
- Deposits are strictly non-refundable. All deposits paid to secure a transport are final and will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations, changes of plans, or failure to provide required documentation.
- Contractor-based services. All bookings are made directly with independent contractors through our network. Felicia’s Global Transport Network is not responsible for refunds on services performed by contractors.
- Client responsibility. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary health certificates, permits, and documents are provided on time. Failure to do so does not qualify for a refund.
- No refunds for delays. Delays caused by airlines, weather, customs, or other unforeseen events are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.
- Final payments. Once full payment is made to the contractor, no refunds will be issued.
By booking through Felicia’s Global Transport Network, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
